NightWatchMan - NOTE: Download NightWatchMan.jar and rename to
NightWatchMan.zip. Unzip it and use the jad/jar
in the directory appropriate to your phone.
This is an mobile phone application that can be used as a digital clock at night if you are the kind who wakes up in the night to look at the clock.
The intensity of the light is kept low so that it doesnt drain phone battery and yet clearly visible at night.
The new version 1.4 of NightWatchMan will work on more phones than it used to.
The dimension it will work on are
240x320, 320x480, 360x640, 400x800, 480x640
(If your dimension is greater than the smallest
of these then it will work for your phone).
- Nokia S40 phones
- Nokia S60 phones
- Sony phones
- LG phones
- SAMSUNG phones
However, on non-nokia phones I dont know how to keep the display light on forever, so the light might go off in non-nokia phones. If the keypad or touch screen is not locked then you can press any key or tap on the touch screen to see the clock.
I have tested only on nokia devices. For non-nokia devices the testing was done only on an emulator.
