VeloComputerTM Power is version 8 of the award winning VeloComputerTM application and features precise data measurement for distance, spot speed, acceleration and cadence. Using data collected and transmitted by the new VeloComputerTM bluetooth wheel and pedal sensor, Version 8 analyzes surface grade, propelling force, gravity, and rolling resistance. In an industry first, VeloComputerTM Power calculates actual propulsion power and provides this in an economic package delivered conveniently to a smartphone.

Unlike traditional cycling computer sensors, which measure a full 360° (degree) wheel rotation, VeloComputer's innovative technology is capable of detecting as little as (degree) of wheel rotation. This unique sensing technology is at least 360 times more accurate than traditional sensors. It accurately measures distance, cadence, spot speed and acceleration within 1 second comparing up to 7 seconds delay in traditional cycling computers. This accurate data is used to calculate propulsion force and power in mobile application - VeloComputerTM 8.
